Adam Chapin
Mr. Chapin joined Nixon & Vanderhye as an associate in 2010. His practice involves all aspects of the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical areas, including computer software, computer hardware, wireless communications, storage systems, medical devices, and electronics. He also provides patent litigation and opinion support in several technical fields.
Mr. Chapin is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center (now University of New Hampshire School of Law). Mr. Chapin served as a law clerk for the Hon. James P. Donohue in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has worked as a software engineer.
Mr. Chapin is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
